Product Care Information

Organic Cotton Muslin

We recommend hand washing or a gentle machine wash on a cold setting. Letting the fabric air dry or tumble dry on a cool setting.

The fabric naturally has a crinkled texture to it so no need to iron. Though if you wish, we recommend using a warm setting.

On occasion, you may notice your organic muslin sheets start to pill where baby has been wriggling. This is totally normal and is due to the light weave of the fabric. We recommend using a battery powered depiller that you can find in your supermarket. This will not compromise the quality of the fabric. The delicate weave of muslin is what gives the material it’s deliciously soft feel.

Organic cotton is a natural & biodegradable resource grown without harsh pesticides and fertilisers. The use of organic fabric and low-impact dyes reduces the risk of skin allergies and irritations on your child's sensitive skin.

100% Merino Wool

We recommend hand washing in cold water or a gentle machine wash on a wool setting. This blanket is made to last and a wool detergent would extend its life.  Only do this when absolutely necessary as you are able to air out wool items. Lay flat in a sunny spot.

Do not bleach and cool iron if necessary.

Merino wool is a natural, renewable fibre meaning one sheep can grow two to three kilograms of wool per year. Merino is super fine unlike other wool that can cause irritation to sensitive skin. This super fibre is also biodegradable, disappearing into the soil after about 12 months and adding carbon and nutrients while it's at it. Amazing! Other than being fire and UV resistant, we really can't rave enough about merino wools incredible properties, making it perfect for our little people.
